Major quality issues of low nodularity with ductile hubs produced by the primary Chinese supplier were reported in August, 2013, the numbers of hubs involved were 18 full containers. Shentou lead the entire process of root causes analysis, corrective action implementation and process improvement with the supplier, and completely corrected the issues after 6 months.
